Pastoral Care Ministries

Dear partners in Missions,

God enabled us again to conduct 4^th  “Summer School of Missions and Evangelism” from May 11 to 30^th 2009. The purpose of this 20 days intensive training is to provide young boys and girls who are studying + 2 and above a missionary training so that one day these young people would consider missions in their lives. Few of them might come to full time ministry and most of them may get the feel and heart of missions especially in the state of Karnataka.

About 18 pastors, teachers and mission agency leaders spoke in the daily devotions challenging the young people to love the Lord and share the responsibility of reaching Karnataka.  We had committed teachers, Bible School principles and pastor both local and overseas teaching in the Summer School. We appreciate the teachers and all those who spoke n the devotion came from different directions with their own expenses.

We also showed Missionary biographical movies time to time in the nights. Students were also introduced to various Christian organizations. Students learned new songs, games and many interesting activities. We also had to give time personally with needed students.

Running this Summer School for 20 days is demanding and very expensive. We are thankful to God for His provision.
